Events Calendar Plus Support Tickets

Hi there,
I am an Events Calendar Plus & Events Tickets Plus subscriber, and I have attempted multiple times to open a support ticket for this plugin without any success.
The steps I have taken are:
1. Filled out (two) support requests at: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/
Screenshot of successful submission can be found here2. I never receive a confirmation email from support saying they have opened a ticket.
3. I attempt to view my open tickets at this page: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/k/accessing-previous-support-tickets/ But unfortunately, as this screenshot shows
Can someone please offer me some help or insight for how to receive direct support from Plugin Creators? Thank you so much in advance!
