Critical error occurred on website

I am very new to all this. I believe there was an update to my woocommerce plugin and now I can’t log in to my admin page. It tells me an email was sent with instructions but I have not received anything and it has been a good 6-8 hours. Can someone help me out with what I can do to fix this error, please?
