Import entries from file manager file

  • hello i have migrated a new site but didn’t export the cfdb7 entries. i have a full back up of the wo-content files. will i be able to extract from them and then import please?

    Please install “cfdb7 import csv” plugin.

    i dont have the exported CSV. i just have a full site back up. will i be able to extract or import that plugin from the contact-form-cfdb7 folder n file manager
