Bought Bosa Pro subscription couple of days before for my woocommerce store thinking that customer service will be great but sorry to say that they are totally deaf and you won’t get any response related to any problem even after the payment.

I am unable to add my own product categories in the Bosa Pro Ecommerce theme instead of the categories came with the starter template. Since it is primarily an Elementor block building theme, most of the features like customization of the product categories and Woocommerce options in Elementor are locked up due to Pro version. It means that, you would have to pay extra money to subscribe the Elementor pro features otherwise this theme is useless.

As this theme has been built using the Elementor, it should have come with Elementor Pro license or permission in order to customize the options otherwise it is nothing.

Avoid Bosa Pro if you can in order to save your money and time related to contacting the support team.

Yes, this theme is based on the Elementor Page builder and all products related settings are given from the theme Customizer. Please refer Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce.

If you still unable to find out the right option, please let us know from the email. This forum is specially for the free version of the Bosa.
