Cannot see text widget

on one of my site i have an mp4 video that continuously plays as an animated loop. it was entered into widget area as a text widget.
now i want to add the same video (in fact it was there but i accidentally deleted it) to another site of mine. but when i want to insert a block, i cannot see any text option so if i paste the code to display the video, it just appears as static image not animated. i want to make it animated. if there is no text widget now then what holds it place? i tried paragraph and didnt work or i couldnt make it work
