Automations with Customer Journeys possible?

    Is it possible to use the new customer journey automations with this plugin? I’ve tried to create an abandoned cart email series as a customer journey, but it never received any data from my WooCommerce store.

    The classic abandoned cart automation appears to be working fine.

    Hi @geistesblitzer, thanks for reaching out. To answer your question, yes, Abandoned carts will work with the customer journey feature and this plugin. If you’re having issues, we’d suggest a fresh uninstall/reinstall of the plugin along with setting up a journey after that from scratch.

    If you continue to have problems, feel free to reach back out with Remote Diagnostics enabled (Settings tab) with your URL and we’ll be glad to take a look closer.
