not blocking spam emails

Hello, I have installed this plug in recently but I’m still getting spam emails through my website. I was using Contact form 7 but continuously received spam. I am currently using Forminator so I decided to try the author’s spam blocker as well. It didn’t work so I switched back to Honeypot. The spam emails are still getting through. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
