    Hi melted,

I am sorry that I missed your original message.

I think the issue should be resolve with version 6.2.0. I just uploaded that version here, but will only release it after a few users with issues tested it. Please let me know if it helped in your case.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,
After updating to 6.2 the problem did not disappear in the case of my theme, but now it looks a little different, I recorded a new video to demonstrate it:

I will stay on this version of the plugin until the end of the next day, in case you want to study the code of the site and try to find the cause of the conflict with the latest version of the plugin. Rolling back to version 5.3 in my case fixes this problem. If any help is needed on my part, I would be happy to help.

    Regards,
    Kirill.

    Hi Thomas,

The latest update partially solved the problem described above, but the new version of the plugin still can not fully lock the sidebar widget as it was in version 5.3 and when scrolling to the next entry the sidebar occasionally disappears for a split second.

I’m staying on the latest version of the plugin until the end of next week, in case you want to examine the site code more closely and try to understand the possible cause of these bugs.

https://underrated.ru/video/nia-archives-so-tell-me/ (If you scroll this post all the way to the end of the page (10 post) the widget won’t stay fixed at the end of the page).

    Regards,
    Kirill.

    Hi Thomas,

I installed development version, unfortunately it could not solve the problem either.

    Kirill.

    Hi Kirill,

As it turned out, I didn’t upload the previous dev update correctly. 6.2.2 is now officially released and fixes a scrolling bug. Please let me know if it helps.

    Thanks,
    Thomas

    Hi Thomas,

Unfortunately, the latest update 6.2.2 also did not solve the problem in the case of my site theme. When scrolling to the last entry, the widget is still not fixed at the very bottom, as it worked in version 5.3, which leaves an empty space on the right as shown in the screenshot. Also when scrolling the page in version 5.3, the widget always remained in a fixed position, and now it can occasionally disappear for a fraction of a second.

    Hi Kirill,

    thanks for your feedback.

The widget is fixed at the top. The sticky main menu covers it, or you would see the whole widget. That is the expected behavior. You could play with the “Margin Top” option to move the widget a bit lower.

As for the flickering. We fixed that in the current dev version, and I will release it soon.

    Best regards,
    Thomas
