GCP – Managed Instance Group

Dear plugin devs,

Would this plugin work in a case where a WordPress site is run under an HTTPS load balancer that distributes HTTPS traffic amongst several VMs that all host WordPress? Ideally, each VM behind the load balancer would point to the same storage bucket shared/used by other VMs in that group. Is that a feature that is included or something that needs some manual tweaking from our end?
