When I inspect the broken sites with console, this is the error that appears:

Uncaught TypeError: e.indexOf is not a function
    at S.fn.load (jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.0:2:84932)
    at robo_gallery.js?ver=3.2.1:48:7773

    at robo_gallery.js?ver=3.2.1:48:285
    at robo_gallery.js?ver=3.2.1:48:7818

    Using RoboGallery 3.2.1
I have tried reinstalling the plugin and the key, but no luck.
    How to troubleshoot?
    Thank you!

  • I’m having the same problem.

    I get this message:

    No Images.
Please upload images in images manager section. Click on Manage Images button on the right side of the gallery settings.
Please make sure that you didn’t enabled option: Images of the Current Gallery. Option should have Show value to show images.

I have other galleries that are working. The characteristic of this gallery is that it has almost 50 images, of large sizes, is in standard grid format, and has descriptions for each image.

    The FIX:
Go to WP Dashboard > Robo Gallery > Settings > Compatibility Settings > Jquery verion > select Alternative > Save Changes.

Clean the browser cache, and reload the page with the gallery.

Worked for me – good luck!

It was helpful for me. Thank you!

Really nice! This is the core option to fix any type of javascript conflict in the gallery.
