Bottom bar clashing with FB chat

    Hello @4familyes,

    We take a look at your site and seems like the chat button displays correctly and also the chat window is opening when clicking it.

    Can you please explain in detail what the issue is?

    Hi there,

    As I explained earlier, our FB chat was working fine on mobile devices. After installing the bar, the chat button disappears after 20+ seconds and is only available when you scroll down to the footer area of the homepage.

    Chat works fine on product pages as the notification bar is turned off for all pages except the homepage.

    Issue only on Mobile/ Smarthphones. We checked it on 2 different devices and 2 browsers ( Safari, Chrome)
