cant download paid version

    Hi folks,
    I paied for the pro version but I cant DL the pro plugin. the download button just opens an empty page and closes. can you please help

    Hi @udijw Click on the Account tab, and it should show the license and plan, and a download link that should work.

    If that’s not working, use the Contact Us page to email us. We can dig into it further that way, we can’t use the forums here for premium support.
