Quiz results shows (Under Review) status instead of (Pass).

  • I am having an issue with the TutorLMS quiz feature. Once the user completes the quiz and achieve the passing grades. In the results status, it shows “Under Review” instead of “Pass”. I would like to show it the “Pass” status.
    Am i missing something or its the bug?

    Correct option are already marked and there is no need for admin to review the answers. Quizzes are MCQs.
