Still charged after cancel subscription

    Hi team,

    On my website, I create the recurring monthly payment. For one user I have to cancel the subscription which I did. But even after canceling his subscription got renewed. How to deal with this problem?

    Hi @djbeesley,

    Subscriptions are only automatically canceled in the payment gateway for Stripe. If you’re using PayPal or any other payment gateway, you will have to manually cancel the subscription in the appropriate gateway.
