    Hi there,

just now I noticed that my images hasn’t been optimized since June 2022. There were 224 images still in request. I cleaned up the unfinished data right now and deactivated the auto request and pull cron. After clicking “send optimization request” the requested 200 images are shown up as optimized in my QuicCloud-Dashboard, but not able to pull.

What could be the issue here?
Wordpress, All Plugins and my Theme are up to date. Im using PHP8.1

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.
    Many thanks in advance!

    Best regards,
    Alex

please confirm your server IP is xxx.xxx.xxx.135 ?

and also please try , go to plugin’s general page -> server IP , set the IPv4 address

then clean up and send again

    Hi @qtwrk
thank you so much for your quick support!
Yeah it looks like the issue was with the ip address. I was using the function: “Check my public IP from DoAPI.us“. This has been displayed the auto-detected server IP: xxxx:xxxx:xxx:4e87:: I’ve entered this address into the Server-IP field. But it looks like this was incorrect.

Just now I’ve completely deleted the IP-Address from Server IP-field of the general page so this field is clear. Now it works properly and the images were pulled automatically.

    Thank you!
    Br, Alex
