It is unfortunate that you did not have the experience you wanted with us. We did just go through a major update and issues were bound to happen. We are constantly working on improving our software. In our opinion what we have now is a real step up from what there was before.
That being said, you did not give us an opportunity to work with you and provide solutions.
What we did do is honor our refund policy without question, and then take immediate action to resolve the outstanding issues you pointed out to us, which we did the same day.
