Stop woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders from running

Hi,

I am trying to stop this action from running in woocommerce > scheduled actions: woocommerce_cleanup_draft_orders

Any suggestions on some PHP code or plugin to do this? I have tried several methoeds nothing has worked for me.

Another solution could be to temporary disable all scheduled actions from forming (without disabling woocommerce).

I need this for test purposes.
