• Seems to be a common issue going by the forum topics- When I try to create a packing slip I get a critical error message on the pop up.
    I have submitted 2 support tickets and have had no meaningful response for 4 days. Have also requested a refund and that has not been processed. Steer clear. Support team not answering requests for help or fix.
