Changing the spot of the Comment link

I am currently using the Toolbox Theme
My website is Gagawatch.Net
on v.3.0Hello
I want to remove the tags, categories and move the comment link next to the date.
Also next to ‘Leave a Comment’ i would like to have a little image like this https://www.socialfundamentals.com/blog/wp-content/themes/sf/images/discussion_icon.png
I do not know anything about PHP, im pretty okay with HTML and CSS ??
