Hi there – this may me a simple one, I’m not sure. I notice that the shortcodes don’t work when there’s a /path/ in the domain – such as a language subsite. I am using WPML with country paths such as uk, de etc. so it would be domain.com/country/

    I notice errors like this:
message: “Unexpected end of JSON input”type: “error”Prototype: Object
    onError @ vendors-public.8a5cae01.min.js?ver=1645721612:2

    /nl/wp-json/shopwp/v1/query/products:1

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

So it looks like the country path ‘/nl/’ is killing it as it ca’t see the plugin files. Anything I can do about this?

    Thanks
    B

It looks like this is the URL that the plugin is trying to use to fetch the products:

    https://staging-wwwactiveironcom.kinsta.cloud/nl/wp-json/shopwp/v1/query/products

The problem is the /nl/ in the URL. That won’t resolve to a valid ShopWP callback.

Are you able to “turn off” your translation plugin for the WordPress REST API urls?

Thanks! It seems it was a common issue in WPML that was fixed in a version later than mine, I have upgraded it and it’s sorted. Thanks for the support!

Excellent, glad you got it working.

LMK if you need anything else.
