    I’m heartily sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

    Can you exactly tell us how the random order number is not working? Do you face the problem with existing orders or with new orders? And did you renumberate the orders[ https://prnt.sc/CC46WVtDhQOM ] for applying random order numbers to existing orders?

    I tried at our end and it worked well for me. The existing orders are also changed to the random number after Renumerating them.

    Thank you for your response. Yes I tried random order no. I pressed renumerate and it ran successfully for all existing orders.
    after this was installed all new orders ware sequential and there was no changes made by the plugin, I thought it will generate some random order nos but its all coming normal.

    Can you submit the ticket here so we can communicate more about this and solve it as soon as possible? It’s working fine at our end even for the new orders.
