I have a form that has multiple sections and is paginated. The first page collects user data. The second page collects info on one item, then has a check box option for another item. The user can input a minimum of 1 item, and up to 6. Each item is in a new section. No matter how many items they enter, only the user info and info on the 1st item is sent in the e-mail. It doesn’t matter if I use {all_fields} or each individual field tag. Everything else is ignored. Any ideas?

    Hi @crispybran

    I hope you’re well today!

We’ll need to check the form and test it so could you share the form?

You can export the form by using “export” option from menu under the “gear” icon next to the form in question on “Formiantor -> Forms” page. Please download the export file and put it on your Google Drive, Dropbox or similar account, then share direct (publicly available) link to it in response here.

Note: it will only export form configuration/template – it will not include submissions (which we don’t need also) so it’s safe in that context.

We’ll test it then and see why this is happening and how to address it.

    Kind regards,
    Adam

    Hi Adam,
Thanks for looking into this. I can tell you I have reproduced the problem on other sites with other forms, so this isn’t isolated. Maybe it is the way I am constructing the form. I don’t know. Any insight would be great.

    Hi @crispybran

    Thank you for the form.

I was not able to replicate the issue with your form https://monosnap.com/file/edDIrAquc65HzcT4fDztxBisdU4xEW

It received everything when using {all_fields} however, we have a reported situation when conditionals are not working well on the checkbox if we have capitalized letter in checkbox value.

Could you try to edit your checkbox and where it says “Yes” replace to “yes” as a value?

The label can keep as it is.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

    Hello @crispybran ,

We haven’t heard from you for some time now, so it looks like you don’t have any more questions for us.

Feel free to re-open this ticket if needed.

    Kind regards
    Kasia
