So Siteground scans my site for malware and seems to be doing a good job, thus me no longer needing the Jetpack version as having both scan my site is slowing down my core web vitals. How am I able to disable the Scan feature? When I try to manage that function in the settings it just sends me on a loop going from Jetpack.com to the wordpress.com version of my siteground-hosted site.

    Hi there,

Currently, we don’t have a feature for users to disable scans from their side, but we can do this for you.

Could you please contact us from here? Please make sure you are login to the same account from which you have purchased the Jetpack scan plan.

It gives me the “Oops! That page can’t be found” when clicking on that link. I believe we have jetpack through our WordPress Business plan. Would you need the account that purchased that plan you mean?

    Hello,

It may be the same account that you have a WordPress Business plan on, but a Jetpack Scan plan can not be used on a WordPress.com-hosted plan, so there is a possibility that you may have that plan on a different account.

I’d recommend checking all email addresses that you use that you may have purchased this plan under to find the correct one before contacting us from it.
