afraid uninstalling of plugins is wordpress core functionality, so not sure if this is something that can be fixed on my end korkylime .. but are there any relevant errors in your php errorlog that might shed a light on what was not working? and lastly: if uninstalling via the plugins dashboard does not work, you can always simply remove the autoptimize folder from wp-content/plugins and wp-content/cache.

    hope this helps/ clarifies,
    frank
