Plugin Not Working and No Support

  • Our Store Locator plugin has stopped working correctly. None of the sorting features (Search by Zip, Search by City, Default sort by my location, etc.) work anymore. We tried updating the plugin, reverting to previous versions, etc. We did not update to PHP 8 because we know that creates an issue.

    We tried contacting support but get not response. Does anyone else have this issue? Can anyone provide direction? The locations show up on the map but you can do any searching and sorting.
