Hi again!
To clear up some confusion: These forums aren’t mine; I volunteer here as a Plugin Author but am not a moderator (for example, I cannot delete posts). I also have to abide by rules laid by people more arbitrating than I: I can discuss all matters on my platform supporting this project (theseoframework.com et al.) but am not permitted that freedom here.
I understand your frustration with indexing; however, it is something I can’t assuage via the software or services we provide. Google isn’t an open medium, and their first-party guides are the only reliable information on this subject; we cannot look under the hood of your case, nor have we ever had to deal with a similar situation from which we could learn. Everything else you might find on the subject (of SEO) is anecdotal evidence from questionable and empirical (re)sources, and it’s not something I feel comfortable echoing.
I’d have loved to provide a definite answer for you to resolve the issue, and I am eager to learn more about this, but without access to your site and Google Search Console, I can’t help further. All I can do is guide you in the right direction, which I hope I have in my previous reply, as did Pierre recommending adding more rich content.
You can contact Codeable directly and see if someone there can help you. They have all the legal stuff ready for accessing confidential information, which I do not. A task like this will cost a pretty penny, which (circling back to levels) is level 3-4 support.
Inquire them to improve website performance as well, which should be trivial for them (upgrading PHP and enabling Opcache on the server). Also, look into switching from Divi (I cannot fathom any site needing something that heavy); the site can easily be rebuilt with WordPress’s Block Editor. I’m a bit surprised Pierre didn’t catch the performance issues, which hamper crawling and ranking significantly nowadays. Perhaps he found it unactionable or impertinent.
