Forminator not submitting on mobile

    Hi,
    Every time someone tries to make a submission on the linked form, from a mobile device, they get the message, “An error occurred while processing the form. Please try again.”

    Their responses are not being submitted.

    Note that this was not always happening and the form was fully functional just a couple days prior. How can I fix this?

    I hope you are doing good today.

    To not affect your client site and fake submissions, could you export your form, upload it to google drive or dropbox, and share a link in your next reply so that we could debug this more on our lab site?
