Input tooltip always visible

Hi, I can’t get rid of tooltip in price input box. I tried disabling it in “Use text tooltip instead of input fields”, but it’s still visible. It doesn’t work, can’t change the value, but is still visible and misleading to the customer. It’s readonly and value number, so the tooltip didn’t disappear. I’m using latest version of firefox.
