calendar for WordPress backend

Hello,
I have a client who runs a tutoring business. Both online(Zoom) and in-person. He was using the Amelia plugin for bookings but managing times didn’t work out. He wants students to fill out a form for tutoring services and then he and his tutors will manage their calendars on the backend.

Is there a plugin that will allow:
1. Users/ tutors(not admins) to log in and manage their tutoring dates and times?
2. Have the ability of the owner to view all calendar bookings

I’m not sure if this is the best way to go so any other suggestions are appreciated.
