    Hi! I have only two general questions:

    1- is there a procedure to verify customer reviews through CusRev also at a later time for reviews which are unverify, or is this not possible? I mean in case we decide to initially use the local method, and then check it on CusRev.

    2 – regarding the privacy issue, could you tell us roughly if it is really necessary to enable the check mark at checkout or would it be enough to treat and mention in the privacy policy? Do you have any ideas about it?

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    1. No, it is not possible to verify the customer later. If you host the review form locally, there is no way to manage the reviews on the cusrev dashboard.

    2. The Privacy policy checkbox at the checkout page is created by WooCommerce, you can go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab > Terms and Conditions to set it up. You can let the customer know how you store and manage their data, how to contact you to get support … via the T&C page. This checkbox will be used depending on your local law.
