User/Profile Forms Issue (Not appearing)

  • I have added drop-down fields and other content blocks inside the Profile Form. When a user log-in they don’t show those fields.

    The fields only show when in edit mode. They don’t appear in the View only or everywhere.

    I have used the basic theme and deactivated all other plugins to eliminate any conflicts.

    Can someone help me urgently (no response in 12 hours then i will worry – I cannot buy Pro if basics are failing)

    Hello @ksikweza

    Can you please make sure the user has related data saved in the field? If a user does not have related data saved, fields will not display in view mode.

    Please let me know if I misunderstood your issue.
