Assignment file uploader change the file name 404 error

  • Hi,

    when a student uploads an assignment, if the assignment has an Arabic name, the file name will change to something like (u0647u0644u0627-u0647u0644u0627-u0647u0644u0627.docx), and the teacher can not open it because the file gives 404 error because the file name changed and the URL changed.

    The same thing happened a few months ago with the certificate builder. When I type Arabic characters in the certificate, and when I save it, the Arabic words will change to the same format uXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Then I contacted you through email then you fixed it.

    So this assignment issue might be the same as the certificate issue. I already sent an email from un_r7(at)hotmail(com). Please check it out.
