Search on all fields

    I’m using Jetpack CRM for some time now, and one thing that I find very frustrating for me is that the search only works on the main contact fields.
    While I bought the “advanced segments extension” to at least filter my contacts based on my interests, I wonder if I missed a way to expand the search to any field I want. I don’t want to create a segment every time I want to search or filter for something a bit more specific.

    Search (including Advanced Segments) does not currently work on Contact custom fields. Or, to be more specific:

    – Company, Quote, Invoice, Transaction, Task, and Form Searches (optionally) search custom fields
    – Contacts & Company searches include all address fields & social profile fields

    Can you provide us with more details about which fields you’re specifically trying to search/filter, and what’s happening instead?

    Please note that if you have an active license for Advanced Segments, you should contact us via [email protected], as we cannot answer questions about our paid extensions in the forums.
