Failing to load source map

Hello, upon inspecting my site with dev tools I am getting this error outputted
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for https://website.com/wp-content/plugins/woc-open-close/assets/front/css/jBox.all.css.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE . Not sure if this is an issue that needs to be resolved or not.

Also, is there any way to change the default bar message of “Offline ! We will start taking orders in” .

This console error is not an issue at all. However, we will take note of this and pass it to the developer team to review it.
Yes, you can change the default bar message. to change the message edit your schedule you can see the message box, write your custom message and update it. now you can see your custom message on the front end.
