    Hello,

    First of all I want to thank you for your great plugin. I’m currently using latest Version. I have noticed that LiteSpeed cache is causing issues with ajax search result, as the plugin gets stuck on loading when a search is performed (ivory search plugin). After purging all LS caches the ajax works fine for about 24-48 hours until the issue returns again. I excluded /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php but it did not solve the issue. Also, there is admin-ajax.php error in the console when the issue presents itself (failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403). When purging all LS caches again, then it start working for some time and then this error again

    A solution would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    this sounds like a nonce issue

    specially like if it works for certain time , then get 403 , and works again on purge , breaks again

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    Hi. Report number is SIMFJQDC
    I turned off JS minify, then purged and it already 24 hours and ajax search is still working. Will be watching how it work next 24 hours

    But maybe there is a better solution because js minify is good feature.

    Hi, did the latest update 5.1 solve anything for this issue or is this version the problem?

    Hi. No, the problem is not solved, latest update didn’t help. Turning of JS minify also didn’t help and the problem came back after a little bit less then 24 hours

    Hi. New Report number is DRJWINKS
    Previous report was before update of litespeed and when I turned off JS minify, then purged and it already 24 hours and ajax search was still working. This new report is done when it is not working at this moment and after update.

    please try

    go to page optm -> tuning -> JS exclude and defer JS exclude

    in both fields , add s= into them , save and purge all

    please check what is request body , request header, and response body , response header on that when search returns 403 ?

    @qtwrk Here is a screenshot of error

    Support team of search plugin told me that this is cache plugin error and I need to connect you

    @qtwrk any help? Problem is not resolved. I have hosting with litespeed server, so I am using litespeed plugin but one of my important functional is not working correct for this long time while I am trying to find out how to fix it.
