But, let’s start with some basic troubleshooting to see if it helps.

1. Can you confirm that your themes and plugins are updated.
2. Make sure to clear cache (plugin and browser)
3. Try in a different browser.
4. Disable other plugins

Let me know if those solve the issue.
If not, if you provide a screen shot or brief video the problem and a summary of anything that changed prior to the problem, that would be helpful.
