About two forms.

    Please tell me again.

    There are two forms, right?

    The first is this.

    This form has an email address in the input, and the email address is exposed to others.
    ※Even in incognito mode, the email address is still entered.

    Another is this.

    This does not switch to the display of “Thank you” after pressing the send button.

    Why are there two forms?
    Can these be resolved?

    Why are there two forms?
    — In the recent versions, we have added Drag-n-Drop form builder in the plugin. For new forms, you can use Drag-n-Drop form builder to build forms. For existing forms, you can edit them through old settings. It doesn’t have drag-n-drop interface, but you can select which fields to show or hide in the form.

    Can these be resolved?
    — We have checked both issues at our end but couldn’t replicate them in our testing. We suspect it might be due to conflict with other plugin or theme on your site.

    Will it be possible for you to perform a conflict test on your site? You may need to temporarily disable all other plugins except the Email Subscribers plugin and switch to a default WordPress theme.

    We recommend doing the troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin which disables all the plugins and switches the current theme to the default theme only for the current logged-in user when troubleshooting mode is enabled. It does not affect other users or site visitors. You can get the Health Check plugin from here. After enabling the troubleshooting mode in Health Check plugin, activate the Email Subscribers plugin, and check if the issue is resolved or not.

    If it is resolved, then you can activate plugins one by one or switch to the current theme and check which is causing the issue.

    If the issue persists with only Email Subscribers active, do let us know if this is the case. We may then need to debug it further.

    Hi @kishanranawat.
    I am always grateful for your help.

    I used the health check plugin to troubleshoot.
    The same problem was confirmed even after disabling all plugins and switching the theme to default.
    In the end nothing was resolved.
    Is there any other way?
