Font-display: swap to global font

How can I add font-display: swap to my global fonts.
It doesn’t even need to be everywhere just in my header would be enough because the text is jumping around.
I found a solution for this here

but it only seems to be for pro users and even there some people are saying it doesn’t work.
Surely there must be a way to edit the font.
