Template kit not loading

Please can you provide some additional details, like which template have you imported ? It must be theserver-related issue, like low memory limit or max file upload size and etc.

Hi, we are facing the same issue. it is importing and empty page.
realmersin.com can you check it. We can use other templates of wordpress normally.

royal elementor kit the theme. not importing. it says in the template kit importing.
but nothing imported. import or reimport is the same result. we reinstalled and again it is empty. the plugins are only elementor and standar plugins.

There are so many occasions that template kit not working.

The PHP memory limit is 300M and the file max upload size is 2M. What is the suggested memory limit & file upload size?

I have managed to get the template kit working. Not exactly sure what fixed it but will post the process in case anyone else is having similar issues.

Increased PHP memory limit to 600M
Increase PHP max input var to 5000
Increase max file upload size to 199M

Restarted server

The issue still persisted so I installed the WP reset plugin and ran a reset. This appears to have fixed the issue with template kits uploading without an issue.

I facing the same use. it says in the template kit importing, but nothing gets imported. import or reimport is the same result.

changed the setting to
Increased PHP memory limit to 600M

Increase max file upload size to 199M
Still the same problem.

Earlier we imported the “Architecture” template, and everything worked fine until the recent update. now nothing is working. template kits show blank, no pages.

Can someone help me, It’s been so many days since mailing the support team but of no use. Our website is down ??
