• Attempted to update site to WP ver. 6.0.1. In doing so the following issues occurred:

    A) the site was rendered unusable as all pages reverted back to the original theme (Divi) layout (it appears to have bypassed the active child theme that is in place). The sidebar became dominate on all pages, replacing all content in the body. The menu/header appeared to revert back to a previous (outdated) header bar structure.

    B) Upon restoring the site to the previous (working) version of WP (ver. 5.9.3), all shop pages based on product attributes (WooCommerce ver 6.7.0) the shop columns are reduced. Shop pages based on product categories render correctly on the page.

    theme (Divi) layout

Since you use a commercial theme or plugin and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Thanks. I’ll refer my question to the appropriate vendor.
