customized Quiz plugin

  • Hello, support,
    I am looking for a customized Quiz plugin for my website. I am using H5P on my website but the grey areas of the plugin for me are
    1) Timer is not available with H5P content
    2) Question No. are not displayed in H5P content which makes it less user friendly
    3) Negative marking is not available in H5P.
    4) Images Import is available in answers but the Quiz type is drag and drop type, which is not an accepted MCQ type for engineering or medical entrance examinations.
    5) Scorecard at the end of the quiz is not available to show correct, negative, and overall scores.
    There are some more features that are required.
    Learnpress plugin offers some of the features but not as per my requirement.
    So is it possible for designing a customized plugin so that I can use learn press plugin to its fullest?
    or Also you can suggest to me a plugin that is suitable for my requirements.
