“Shipping “Address 2” is empty!” error message

It seems that you’re not adding a full address here on the address field, can you send me the full address you want to be added to ? then i will send you a breakdown on how you can input them in the address line 1 , address line 2, etc…

Those Addresses where all already Customer Verified – there is no more Data given.

Removing 0 didnt work, this was actually already a attempt to fix it. This Address had no House Number

The plugin is coded to have a Street Name and Number. Can you add a “dummy” number like “1” or would that cause issues?

i would say you “as the Delopvers” just test those Addresses and “Make” them work.
I’have tested all kinds of “Dummy Numbers with those adresses, Spaces, Commas…nothing worked.

The Workaround is to print them Via Business Portal (what worked) but this is kind of a workaround.

We will have to review the logic on our end and find a solution to these exceptions, until then please continue using the Business Portal for these addresses.

@pogotime we have released a new version 3.0.0 that now allows Address 2 to be empty in special cases.
