How to use the user url query key

Hi there! First off I just want to say thank you for everything you do! I’m sure it’s a lot to deal with and I appreciate your efforts!

I am just wondering how to properly use the url query key for user editing. I’m not sure I exactly understand what it does.

What I am currently using your plugin for is an employee onboarding system. I have created an acf form that allows me to create a new user, “move” a user(this is editing their profile), or seperate(delete) a user. I’m hoping I can use this query url key to somehow be able to choose a user from a user dropdown and then edit their profile information accordingly or submit the user for deletion. Let me know if I’m completely off base or if there is some other way to do this.
