two issues in live website in Custom fields of Supportcandy

    Hi,
    I installed Supportcandy in a website (it is rtl language website), and something strange happened.

    1-In “Custom Fields” section I see two fields by the same name, and I cannot delete one of them.

    2- In “Settings > Open Ticket Widgets” a similar thing happened.

    I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled and nothing changed.

    Also I tried to delete these extra fields and I could not.

    P.S. I tried to install in localhost (xampp), together with the same plugins which are installed in the live website and it did not happened, I mean there was not such problem.

    Could you please let me know how I can fix this problem.

    continue:

    When I uninstall and reinstall the plugin, some data, such as configuration in Settings, and submitted tickets remain.
    Is there a way to fully remove the plugin and its related files and data, and install a really fresh one, without any previous installation data.
    Perhaps this solve my issue.
