    Hi

The site default language is English and translation is in Arabic.I am using Translatepress plug in. Some items are not translated:

1- Days in calendar i.e. Sunday… are not translated to Arabic instead ( #!) is shown.

2- Confirm Reservation Button and Selected Button, not able to translate.

I am using VikBooking plugin. I have been informed this is because TranslatePress

dos not use default PO/MO functions of WP.
    Regards

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

    1. Are those strings selectable in the Translation Editor?
You can try to exclude the .ui-datepicker-week-end class using the Exclude selectors from translation/Exclude selectors from dynamic translation feature from TP Settings –> Advanced tab.

    2. Do you use automatic translation? If so, what happens if you try to translate those strings manually, are they selectable? If not, please check the list of strings and select them manually from there (if they are).

    Thanks Alex

1- The dates in calendar are selectable and already translated them. The date tag is translated but the date field (MO),(TU)….
    Are showing.
2- No , I am not using Automatic Translation. The dates are shown in the list & already I translated them.

I bielive, this is may be because, the field only takes 2 characters where as in arabic required 7 characters.

    Hi,

I tested on my local. Seems these broken strings appear when you use or if you used the automatic translation. However, if you disable it will not be enough to revert the translations as soon they were already saved in _trp_* database.
?Now, what you can do is to disable the automatic translation and search in _trp_* tables for these strings, Sunday, Monday, etc. strings, and delete their translations. After you will have to go in TP Settings –> Advanced tab and exlude the .ui-datepicker-week-end class using the Exclude selectors only from automatic translation feature. Then re-activate the automatic translation. In this way, the engine will not process anymore these strings, but you can still translate them manually in Translation Editor.
