Messenger Greeting Message Error

I am trying to edit the greeting message that is sent with our live chat on the site. However, even though I am positive this is connected with our Facebook account’s Messenger setup and that displays the message we want to change it to, it is still not adjusting accordingly. I’ve also gone into the Settings for this plugin and tried to add in the edited message there but it has produced no effect.

If anybody has any suggestions, I would be most grateful.
