Top Bar doesn’t stay hidden

    Hello,

    The Top Bar add-on looks very nice. However there’s this problem – it doesn’t stay hidden after it’s closed. On page refresh or navigation to another page it shows up again.

    Using the latest version of MC4WP plugin and Top Bar add-on, and also of WordPress. PHP is version 7.4.30.

    The cookie mctb_bar_hidden is set, but it seems that it’s not working.

    Any advice on how to solve this?

    Hey @akstoev,

    Are you using any caching plugins? If yes, can you please disable it temporarily and test again?

    Hi @hchouhan,

    Using a caching plugin indeed, but disabling it didn’t solve the problem completely – got mixed results.

    However, your suggestion pointed me in the right direction – the problem was a (mis)configuration of the Cloudflare cache, which is now configured correctly and the Top Bar works as expected (with the caching plugin enabled).
