SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem, after I installed the Starter Templates Library I tried to install a theme but I get a white page with no error message.

I wanted to try the fix proposed by @bsfherman but I did not find the file and I wouldn’t now how to add the line.

Thank you in advance for your time, I have been struggling for hours searching on internet but not finding a solution.
