Upload videos to root folder and play them

  • I’m wondering how to upload videos such as mp4 files and wmw files to the root folder like https://www.mydomain.com/videos then have them arranged in a playlist at a subpage at my wordpress site like.
    menu
    —-videos
    ———-video1
    ———-video2
    ———-video3

    any help is appreciated.
