    I’m very sorry to hear that our customer support wasn’t helpful and was defensive. I’d like to look into this and review what happened but I couldn’t find any tickets under your name or website URL.

    Do you have a ticket number you could give me please so that I can review what happened?

    It was bought through the business I intended to use it for so different e-mail which I don’t plan to make public. It was conducted by e-mail and the only reference I can find is

    Hello There are no ticket numbers only e-mails from support. This is the second time we have tried the pro or elite version and the second time it has turned out to be an expensive and fruitless exercise.
